Give me feedback about what works for you and what doesn't, what is easy and what is difficult, and where you feel you are in relationship with where you want to be.We will agree upon actions to be taken in between sessions, taking action is the key to transformation. By following through on you action steps you will be strengthening your commitment and ensuring your success. Should there be any self sabotaging behaviour that prevents you from moving towards your chosen outcome then we will reflect on what is happening and work through the best way to over come what is blocking your progress.
