Coaching Sessions
Personal Life Coaching
I offer Life Coaching face-to face or over the telephone. I prefer to met all my clients at least once, as I believe it is important for us to form a strong bond of trust and rapport to ensure a successful coaching relationship.
Appointments:
Appointments are one hour in length, although it is possible to arrange longer sessions. My coaching hours include;
- Weekdays 10am-5pm
- Tuesday / Thursday evenings 6pm-8pm
- Saturday mornings 10-1pm
I meet most of my private clients at their own home, I generally find that people are more relaxed in the safety of their own environment. Although arrangements can be made for you to visit me in my own office at my home in Egham, Surrey.
For those busy clients who have challenges with time, telephone coaching is just as effective, also it means your location is not an issue. Most clients have a variety of both depending on their weekly schedules.
Cancellations:
The full cost of the session is payable if the appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time.

Youth Guidance Coaching
I am currently the life coach for Inter-Training Services ltd who are a service provider delivering NVQ training levels 1-3 to apprentice hairdressers in the work place in the Hampshire and Surrey areas.
I coach apprentices who have been identified with Additional social Needs (ASN), such as exclusion whilst at school, being in care, lacking in support in their home life, and self -esteem and confidence problems.
Working with the apprentices once a month coaching them through issues, listening and supporting them keeps them on track with their studies and provides them with tools to use to gain confidence within themselves which helps them in their home and working lives.
I hold a practitioners Life Coaching Diploma and have been accredited by the Youth Coaching Academy for a Certificate in Youth Coaching.
I hope to take my learning's further by coaching as many young people as possible through local schools and Youth Groups. Raising awareness with parents on how to communicate with their children to create peace and harmony at home.
I have a strong belief that young people have fantastic potential if we respect them and listen to their ideas they are wonderfully creative!
When I coach a young person I always act with the welfare of the young person as being paramount. I have a current and appropriate CRB check and my Youth Coaching Code of Ethics and practice can be downloaded here
